2 Bedroom (635 to 710 sqft)
The 2-bedrooms are the smallest homes at Aurea. B1 and B2 are close in size; B3 gives you about 70 sqft more. Look at where that extra space goes on the plan, because a few more square feet in the living room feels different from a bigger bathroom.

What I Check on a Floor Plan
- Room sizes, not just the total area. The total includes spaces like the balcony and the air-con ledge.
- Where the windows are and which way the stack faces. Ask me, and visit the site, before you choose a stack.
- Whether your furniture fits: the bed, the dining table, a study desk. Bring the plan to the showflat and measure.
- For the "g" layouts, put the plan next to its pair and look for the difference.
